How to Request for Scribe in Kerala PSC:പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ Scribe-ൻ്റെ സഹായം ആവശ്യമുള്ള DA വിഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ ഇനി മുതൽ അവരവരുടെ Profile-ൽ വഴി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ആയതിന് Profile Login ചെയ്ത് Request Menu – Request for Scribe എന്ന പേജിൽ അപേക്ഷ Medical Certificate എന്ന് Upload ചെയ്യേണ്ട താണ്. പരീക്ഷ തീയതിയ്ക്ക് 7 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Steps to Request for Scribe assistance for Kerala PSC Exams

Step 1: Login to Kerala PSC One time Registration Page

Login to Kerala PSC One time Registration Page

Step 2: Click on Request Tab

Click on Request Tab as given in the image below.

Step 3: Select the ‘Request for Scribe’

Select the ‘Request for Scribe’ from the list of Requests as shown in the image below.

Step 4: Upload Medical Certificate

Upload Medical Certificate in the below format and submit your Request.

Physical-disability-certificate-format-for-Kerala-psc.
Physical-disability-certificate-format-for-Kerala-psc.

DA category candidates who require Scribe assistance to write the exam will now have to submit their application through their profile. For this, they will have to login to their profile and upload the application as Medical Certificate on the Request Menu – Request for Scribe page. The application should be submitted 7 days before the exam date.
