സംസ്‌ഥാന സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാ രുടെ പെൻഷൻ പ്രായം 60 ആയി ഉയർത്തണമെന്ന ഭരണപരിഷ്‌കാര കമ്മിഷൻ ശുപാർശ അംഗീകരിക്കേ ണ്ടെന്നു മന്ത്രിസഭ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

നാലാം ഭരണപരിഷ്‌കാര കമ്മി ഷൻ ശുപാർശകൾ പരിശോധി ക്കാൻ നിയോഗിച്ച ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി അധ്യക്ഷനായ സെക്രട്ടറിതല സമി തിയുടെ ശുപാർശകൾ ഭേദഗതിയോടെ മന്ത്രി സഭ അംഗീകരിച്ചു.

മറ്റു പ്രധാന തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ Other New PSC Decisions


. കെഎസ്ആർ, കെഎസ് ആൻഡ് എസ്എ സ്ആർ (KS&SSRs), കണ്ടക്‌ട് റൂൾസ് എന്നിവ സംയോജിപ്പിച്ച് കേരള സിവിൽ സർവീസ് കോഡ് രൂപീകരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗസ്‌ഥ-ഭരണപരി ഷ്കാര വകുപ്പിനെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി.


സബോഡിനേറ്റ് സർവീസിലും സ്‌റ്റേറ്റ് സർവീസിലും പ്രബേഷൻ ഒരു തവണ മാത്രമാകും. എല്ലാ വകുപ്പുകളും രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിനകം വിശേഷാൽ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ രൂപികരിക്കാൻ നിർദേശം നൽകും.


.പ്രത്യേക ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ സ ഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന തസ്‌തികകൾ ലക്ഷ്യം പൂർത്തിയായാൽ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കും. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാരെ ആവശ്യമായ മറ്റു വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് പുനർവിന്യസിക്കും.


സ്‌ഥലംമാറ്റം സംബന്ധിച്ച തർക്കം പരിഹ രിക്കാൻ സർവീസ് സംഘടനാ പ്രതിനിധികളെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി സംയുക്‌ത സമിതി രൂപീകരിക്കും.


. ഏതെങ്കിലും തസ്‌തികയിലേക്കു സ്‌ഥാന ക്കയറ്റം ലഭിക്കാൻ പ്രത്യേകമായ പരിജ്‌ഞാനം (Skill) ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ അത് ആർജിക്കാൻ അർഹതാ പരീക്ഷ നടത്താനുള്ള ശുപാർശ അംഗീകരിച്ചു.

The Government rejected the Administrative Reforms Commission’s recommendation to increase the Pension age of Kerala Govt Employees.

The Cabinet has decided not to accept the Administrative Reforms Commission’s recommendation to raise the pension age of state government employees to 60. The Cabinet approved the recommendations of the Secretary-level Committee chaired by the Chief Secretary appointed to examine the recommendations of the Fourth Administrative Reforms Commission with amendments.

Other important decisions Kerala PSC

The Department of Staff and Administrative Reforms was tasked with framing the Kerala Civil Service Code by amalgamating the KSRs, KS&SSRs (KS&SSRs) and Conduct Rules.

In Subordinate Service and State Probation in service will be only once. All departments will be directed to formulate special rules within two years.

Posts created with a specific objective will be terminated once the objective is completed. Employees of the concerned department will be redeployed to other departments as required.

A joint committee comprising representatives of the service organizations will be formed to resolve the transfer dispute.

In principle, the recommendation to conduct an aptitude test to acquire a specific skill for promotion to any post was approved.
